Welcome to the Kaayee Puzzles Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before participating in our program.

1. Eligibility

To join the Kaayee Puzzles Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Own and operate a website, social media account, or other marketing channels aligned with our brand values.
  • Not promote content that is illegal, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to Kaayee Puzzles’ reputation.

Kaayee Puzzles reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting Kaayee Puzzles using unique affiliate links provided by the program. These links must be used correctly to ensure proper tracking of referrals.
  • Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure guidelines.
  • Brand Representation: Affiliates must represent Kaayee Puzzles honestly and avoid making false claims about our products.

3. Affiliate Commissions

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn 15% or above of the net revenue from qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
  • Payout Threshold: The minimum payout threshold is $50. Earnings below this threshold will roll over to the next payment period.
  • Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid out monthly via PayPal or bank transfer. Payments will be made 10 days after the end of the billing period to allow for order verification.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not engage in any of the following:

  • Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or messages to promote Kaayee Puzzles.
  • Cookie Stuffing: Using fraudulent methods to set cookies without user knowledge or consent.
  • Trademark Bidding: Bidding on keywords including “Kaayee Puzzles” or variations thereof in paid advertising campaigns.
  • Inappropriate Content: Promoting Kaayee Puzzles on websites or platforms with adult, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination:

  • All rights to use Kaayee Puzzles’ brand assets will cease immediately.
  • Any unpaid commissions above the payout threshold will be paid during the next scheduled payout, provided no violations of the terms occurred.

6. Intellectual Property

Kaayee Puzzles grants affiliates a non-exclusive, revocable license to use promotional materials (e.g., banners, logos) for the sole purpose of promoting our products. Affiliates may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of these materials without prior consent.

7. Liability Limitations

Kaayee Puzzles will not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
  • Revenue loss due to tracking system failures, third-party interference, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk.

8. Changes to the Terms

Kaayee Puzzles reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by the laws of local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
