If you find any missing or damaged parts when you open the product package(s), we are happy to replace them for free. Please fill out this form. We will contact you within 5 business days, after reviewing your case. Please check your spam/junk folder, if you cannot find the response email.
However, if any parts are damaged during assembly, we recommend that you first try to repair the damaged part with glue, or contact us for help. We will offer product support to guide you on how to repair and finish your puzzle. In most cases, this should be enough to fix the problem.
If the part(s) are not easily repairable or have been lost, please feel free to apply for a replacement. Please do note that we're only able to process up to one FREE replacement request, and your new part(s) will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
