Is it safe for children to use?
Children must assemble under the guidance of adults in case of swallowing.
How can I track my order？
Our system will automatically send the shipping notification email to you when your order is shipped. You can click the link in the email to check your tracking information. Does the puzzle be taken apart safely so you can do it again?
Yes, the puzzles can be safely taken apart and it can be used multiple times.

How thick are the puzzle pieces?
All of our puzzles are made from a 3mm thick sustainably sourced wooden composite.
What are shaped pieces?
Shaped pieces are puzzle pieces handcrafted into recognisable shapes.
Do all puzzles have shaped pieces?
Our professional puzzle designers add shaped pieces to all jigsaw puzzles.
Book Nook
Do you offer batteries?
Please note, all the book nook kits do not containbatteries. You may need2 pieces of AAA/LR03/AM4 1.5V batteries.
Do you offer glue?
Except for our Retro Study Room, Flower House, Coffee Shop and Mosque Book Nook kits, which contain glue, all other book nook kits do not contain glue, and we recommend using white latex or alcohol glue.
What type of lighting does the product use?
Our book nook kits use LED light. You may need to prepare batteries yourself.
Night Light
Does it require batteries or a power source?
Our night light DIY crafts adopt the type-c interface as a power supply; batteries are not needed.
Can it adjust the brightness of the finished nightlight?
Yes, just long press the touchable switch over 3 seconds to adjust the brightness of finished nighlight as your demand.
What type of lighting does the product use?
Our night light kits use LED light. Please note the product uses a Type-C connection for lighting, but the Type-C cable is not included, and customers will need to supply their own.
Music Box
Which battery type to use?
You do not need batteries in the music box, because it runs by clockwork spring.
What type of glue to use?
You do not need glue to assemble music boxes.
Wooden Flower
What type of glue to use?
You do not need glue to assemble wooden flowers.
Wooden Clock
Which battery type to use?
Our wooden clock kits do not contain batteries. You may need to prepare 1 piece AAA/LR03/AM4 1.5V battery.
What type of glue to use?
You do not need glue to assemble clock kits.
How long can it be used after changing the battery?
About half a year.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
